Meet John Paladino

John Paladino was born and raised in Oakville. He has been a pillar of the legal community since being called to the Ontario bar in 1987. John graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Degree and subsequently obtained his law degree from Queens University Law School. Over the years, John has cultivated a reputation for providing honest, trustworthy and professional legal counsel across a diverse range of legal practice areas.

He is happy to provide services to clients in Italian. His commitment to the community is evident through his active roles: he is the Chairman of the Oakville Italian Invitational Golf Tournament, a philanthropic initiative that has supported local charities and organizations for over 40 years. In addition, he was a member of the Principal Fundraising Committee for the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.

The legal counsel that John has provided his clients both in and out of court has not gone unnoticed. He is honoured to have been voted Oakville Beaver Reader’s Choice Award Winner for Best Lawyer for many years.

John is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Halton County Law Association.

Meet Sara Paladino

Sara Paladino received her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023. Prior to law school, Sara graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Degree and subsequently completed her Master's Degree at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Sara has worked at the firm since her Undergraduate summers and is thrilled to join John in a new capacity, as a practicing lawyer. Sara has always had a love for advocacy and developing client-centred approaches to complex legal matters. Her academic history in literature, cultural studies and English enables her to provide her clients with effective communication and strong legal drafting skills.

Sara is passionate about serving clients across a wide range of legal practice areas. She is committed to working diligently to provide comprehensive legal advice and creative solutions to meet the personal needs of individual clients.
